1.	Condition 22 requires a strategy detailing how the contaminated ground is proposed to be remediated to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Top Soil Replacement Area Plan; Drawing Reference: 1886/6-TSLayout Rev.A(Oct'24)1/RPA indicated - Statement for treatment of contamination remediation The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the development must be carried out in accordance with the approved remediation scheme.
2.	NOTE: The applicant is reminded about the need to comply with Condition 23 of planning permission 06/20/0278/F and to provide a verification report to confirm that the remediation works have been successful prior to the first occupation of the dwellings. This verification report should contain photographs to show the levels removed and replaced in all plots, waste transfer notes, and certification/testing for the replacement soils.
