1.	Condition 19 requires that details of boundary treatments are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved boundary treatments are installed in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Boundary Layout Plan; drawing reference - 1886/6-BTLayout - Boundary Treatment and Planting Plan; unreferenced The submitted scheme is not considered to be acceptable. It is not considered to comply with the requirements of condition 19, presents conflict with the approved layout plan vis a vis parking, proposes urbanising boundary treatments adjacent the public realm, the two plans which have been provided conflict with each other and insufficient detail has been provided with regards to the design and appearance of the boundary wall along Yarmouth Road. Given this, condition 19 cannot be discharged and the application must be refused.
