Condition 18 requires that details of bird and bat boxes are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved measures are installed prior to the first occupation of the dwellings. The application is supported by the following documentation: - 1886/6 - Bird-Layout The details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the bird and bat boxes must be installed as approved prior to the first occupation of the dwellings.
