1.	Condition 13 requires that details of the retention and restoration of the external public house signage on the building is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works are undertaken in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the dwelling. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Methodology for repair of signage to former First & Last PH, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret. The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the measures contained within the method statement must be carried out prior to the occupation of the dwelling.
