Condition 11 requires details of the foul water drainage scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved foul drainage scheme is implemented prior to the first occupation of the dwellings. The application is supported by the following documentation: - 1886/6-FDLayout - Wastewater Plan A4 (Anglian Water) The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the development must be carried out in accordance with the foul drainage scheme hereby approved prior to the first occupation of the dwellings.
