1.	Condition 10 requires that an Arboricultural Method Statement dealing with TPO no.1 of 2022 is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works take place in accordance with the approved details. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Arboricultural Method Statement; BH Trees and Woodland (dated 14th April 2024) including Tree Protection Plan The details are acceptable and are hereby approved and the condition is discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the tree protection measures contained within the approved Method Statement including Tree Protection Plan must be carried out throughout the duration of the construction works.
