1.	Condition 10 requires details of any hard surfacing to submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development and for the development to be carried out in accordance with the details as approved. The following documents were submitted with this application: - Drawing No.1240/1 Rev A Combined Plans The detail on the block plan as part of the combined plans submitted states that the existing access into the site will be retained and the driveway/turning area in front of the dwelling will be a gravel construction and that there will be no hard surfacing. Therefore the submitted detail in this regard is acceptable and is herby approved as it satisfies the submission element. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full as the development must be carried out in strict accordance with the details as approved.
