1.	Condition 7 requires a scheme of landscaping to include trees and hedgerows as existing and to be retained together with measures for their protection in the course of development to be submitted to and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Drawing No. 1240/1A Revised Plan Showing Existing Trees and Boundary Treatments and Tree Protection Fencing (received 21.11.2024) The information submitted clearly sets out that all tree's on site are to be retained, and the fencing proposed as a protection measure is considered to appropriately address the requirements of Condition 7. Therefore the details submitted are acceptable and are hereby approved, and condition 7 can be discharged in PART. The condition must remain partially in force, as Condition 7 requires the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved details. For the duration of the construction of the development the tree protection fencing shall be erected and maintained in place in accordance with the submitted details and in the areas as shown outlined or lined in red on the Block Plan scale 1:500 all comprised as part of Drawing No. 1240/1A Revised Plan Showing Existing Trees and Boundary Treatments and Tree Protection Fencing (received 21.11.2024).
