| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th April 2024:
- Location Plan
- Elevation Plans, dwg. Ref. 39 BR/24/02
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The development hereby approved shall be constructed in the materials shown in the application form and dwg. Ref. 39 BR/24/02.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policies CS9 and H9. |
| 4. | The outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be used as overnight sleeping accommodation.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of protecting neighbouring amenity and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site, in accordance with Policy CS9 of the Core Strategy and Policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 5. | No additional window or other opening shall be constructed at first floor level or above in any elevation of the development hereby approved (notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015,or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modification) without the express written permission first being granted by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To help safeguard the privacy and amenity of the occupiers of adjacent properties in accordance with Policy CS9 of the Core Strategy and Policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
