Condition 7 requires a soft landscaping scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and for the planting to take place prior to the first occupation of the holiday accommodation. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Landscape Proposals; Drawing No. 2024-500-001 - Landscape Planting and Maintenance Specification; dated March 2024 The submitted details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved satisfying the submission element of condition 7.
