| 1. | Condition 5 requires the details for providing a temporary haul road route for construction vehicle access to and egress from the site.
The following revised plans were received on 14th June 2024 to support this application:
- Plan no. 1035-101-001 Revision B, entitled Temporary construction Haul Road General Arrangement, dated March 2024
- Plan no. 1035-101-004, entitled Temporary Construction Haul Road Articulated Vehicle Tracking, dated June 2024
- Plan no. 1035-101-003 Revision A, entitled Temporary Haul Road construction Details.
The submitted information is considered acceptable and herby approved and satisfies the submission element of Condition 5. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full due to the condition requiring the Haul Road to be provided prior to the commencement of development and retained to be used only by vehicles associated with the construction of the development. The haul road should be discontinued and removed, and the site restored to its former condition within two months of the practical completion of the final dwelling. |
