| 1. | Condition 4 requires detailed plans of the roads, footways, cycleways, street lighting, foul and surface water drainage to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any development taking place. The submission element of Condition 4 has already been satisfied under 06/22/0653/CD. This applications seeks to update 'Drawing No. 0134_C3110 Civil Engineering Drawings Sheet 1 Adoptable Highway Construction Details C1' with Revision 2 submitted.
It is noted that detailed drawings in relation to condition 4 have already been approved under application ref: 06/22/0653/CD; and this new submission is simply to update one of the already approved drawings.

The revised drawing referenced above is acceptable and is hereby approved, and the applicant now has ability to carry out the development in accordance with either revision C1 or C2 during construction of the development.
The applicant is reminded of the need to carry out the works in accordance with the drawings submitted and approved under 06/22/0653/CD or as amended by the drawing submitted and approved under this application. |
