1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Unreferenced and untitled plan (submitted as Site Location Plan), dated 10th April 2024 and Received by the Local Planning Authority 19th April 2024. - Plan no. 964 - 1/1 Revision A, entitled Single Storey Rear Extension (submitted as Proposed Site Plan, Existing and Proposed Elevations, Existing and Proposed Floor Plans and Section Plans), dated April 2024 and received by the Local Planning Authority 12th June 2024.
