1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th May 2024:
- Plan no. 908 - 10, entitled Proposed single storey side extension (submitted as site location plan, existing and proposed block plan, elevations, floor plans and proposed section, roof and foundation plans), dated March 2024

3. | There shall be no commencement of development until the tree protection measures to be provided are in place as approved within the Arboricultural report Version 1.0 completed by BH Trees and Woodland, dated 20th May 2024. The measures shall be installed prior to any works taking place and shall thereafter remain in place for the duration of the construction period.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the tree protection measures are in place for the duration of the construction period to avoid any harm to the trees, in accordance with Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policy E4. |
4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
