1.	Condition 5 requires submission of details for the location of the muck and manure storage and the frequency of the removal and dispersal arrangements. The following documents were submitted with this application: -Covering Letter -Appendix A Supporting Letter -21.535.02 Rev C Proposed Site and Location Plan A1 The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and satisfies the submission element of Condition 5. The condition is discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full as the removal and dispersal of the muck and manure must continue to take place in accordance with the approved details throughout the lifetime of the use of the land pursuant to permission 06/21/0472/F.
