1.	Condition 3 requires that details of the proposed surface water drainage scheme are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved surface water drainage scheme is installed in accordance with the approved details prior to first use of the development. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Cover Letter - Drainage Simulations for Surface Water Rev 0 dated November 2023; Reference 29342 The details are sufficient to APPROVE the submission and approval parts of the condition which is hereby discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the surface water drainage scheme must now be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to first use of the development.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The site is within the Internal Drainage District (IDD) of the Waveney, Lower Yare and Lothingland Internal Drainage Board (IDB) and the proposed surface water drainage works require separate Land Drainage Consent from the Board.
