| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 7th May 2024:
- Combined plans, March 2024 Drawing No. 1893/1 as amended by agents email dated 2 July 2024 revising the horizontal cladding at first floor level to anthracite grey as set out in condition 3 below.
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form, except where the cladding material at first floor is proposed, where this shall be anthracite grey in colour, as confirmed by the email correspondence from the agent, dated 2nd July 2024.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
