1.	Condition 7 requires that prior to roof works taking place, the submission of a biodiversity enhancement plan is required, the measures as detailed are then to be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved scheme. The proposed soft landscaping planting details shown on Drawing No. 2743-23 Rev P1 are considered acceptable and hereby approved as a scheme of biodiversity enhancement. The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved scheme.
