1. | The development hereby permitted must be completed before the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- To comply with Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J.4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance the following plans received on the 17th April 2024:
- Location Plan ref. PA01 Rev A
- Block Plan ref. PA03 Rev A
- Elevation Drawing ref. PA03 Rev C
The reason for the condition is :- To comply with the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 14, Class J.4 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). |
3. | The solar equipment must be removed as soon as reasonably practical when no longer required.

4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
5. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
Occasionally European protected species, such as bats, can be found during the course of development even when the site appears unlikely to support them or after an ecological survey has found no previous evidence of them. In the event that this occurs, the developer must stop work immediately and seek the advice of a suitability qualified ecological consultant and/or the relevant statutory nature conservation organisation. |
