1. | The consent hereby granted shall expire at the end of 5 years from the date of this decision.
The reason for the condition is: -
To comply with Regulation 14 (7) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007. |
2. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th March 2024:
-Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 13 March 2024.
-Plan No. 02_3490_02B, entitled Proposed Site Plan-ADV, dated 07 February 2024.
-Plan no. 02_3490_02C, entitled Proposed Part Plan_ADV, dated 07 February 2024.
- Plan no. 03_3490_03A, entitled Site Photographs_ADV, dated 07 February 2024.
-Unreferenced Plan, entitled Media Charger with Screen Details, dated 19 January 2021.
-Unreferenced Plan, entitled Flag Post Details, dated 20 June 2022.

3. | The LCD screen mounted within the electric vehicle charging dock shall only be illuminated during the hours that the Tesco Store is open to the public and shall be switched off overnight and in any case no later than 12:00am, and shall not be turned on again any earlier than 06:00am on the following day, in accordance with the details on the submitted plans.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure there is no harm to the amenity of nearby residents, to minimise risks of harm to users of the nearby access road or public highways, to reduce energy consumption and night sky pollution, and to minimise impacts on wildlife utilising the adjoining vegetation areas. |
4. | The following conditions shall also apply: -
a - No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site on which they are displayed (this includes the highway authority, if the sign is to be placed on highway land);
b - No advertisement is to be displayed which would obscure, or hinder the interpretation of, official road, rail, waterway or aircraft signs, or otherwise make hazardous the use of these types of transport;
c - Any advertisement must be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site;
d - Any advertisement hoarding or structure is to be kept in a condition which does not endanger the public; and
e - If an advertisement is required to be removed, the site must be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity.

5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
