| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:
- Location Plan (unreferenced) dated 12/03/2024
- Drawing No. 2370-001, REV A dated 23 May 2024, Existing & Proposed Details - floor plans and elevations
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | (a) The colour of the Hardie Plank to be used in the construction of the extensions as shown on Drawing no. 2370-001, Rev A as referred to in condition 2 above, shall be none other than in the colour 'Soft Green'.
(b) The rendering to be applied to the existing white-painted brickwork on front, side and rear elevations, shall be undertaken in none other than K-rend in white colour.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to minimise any sense of overbearing impact being created on the neighbouring residents. |

The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
