| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and submitted documents: - Application form and the details contained therein as received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th March 2024; - Combined Plans- dwg no: 1878_1, Scale 1:50, 1:100, received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th March 2024; The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the development remains within the requirements of permitted development within Class A to Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England)(Order) 2015 (as amended). |
| 2. | The materials used in any exterior work must be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the character and appearance of the locality and to remain within the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order limitations. |
| 3. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:- 08:00 to 18:00 Mondays 08:00 to 18:00 Tuesdays 08:00 to 18:00 Wednesdays 08:00 to 18:00 Thursdays 08:00 to 18:00 Fridays 08:30 to 13:30 Saturdays and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property) The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
