| 1. | Condition 10 requires a detailed scheme for the vehicular access to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and for the access to be constructed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development. The application is supported by the following documentation: - HIGHWAY WORKS GENERAL ARRANGEMENT; Ref. C-160 P01 The information submitted is sufficient to discharge the submission and approval portion of the condition. The condition cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the access to be constructed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development. The condition is therefore discharged in PART. |
| 2. | The applicant is reminded of the informative note appended to the original planning consent in relation to works in the public highway. Accordingly, a formal application to the County Council, as Highway Authority, to from the new vehicle access is required and this can be made online using the following web link: https://www.norfolk.gov.uk/droppedkerbs |
