1.	Part 1 of condition 7 requires that a desk study and site reconnaissance is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Part 2 of condition 7 requires that if part 1 identifies any further investigations, that these are carried out and submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The following documentation has been submitted in support of the application: - Desk Study and Risk Assessment prepared by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory, Reference: 104799 - Envirocheck Report Datasheet; Reference 104799 Sufficient information has been submitted to discharge part 1 of the condition. Part 2 of the condition cannot be discharged at this point in time as the Desk Study and Risk Assessment identifies further investigation has been recommended. A further application will be required to deal with Part 2 of the condition at the relevant point in time. The condition is therefore discharged in relation to Part 1 only.
