Condition 6 requires that a foul water drainage scheme is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the foul drainage works are undertaken in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation. The application is supported by the following documentation: - Drainage Strategy; prepared by Rossi Long Consulting (RLC), Ref: 231189 Rev 00 dated March 2024 - Drainage Strategy General Arrangement Drawing No. C-001 Rev P02 The details are sufficient to approve the submission and approval parts of the condition which is hereby discharged in PART. The condition can only be discharged in part as the foul drainage works must now be undertaken in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation.
