1.	Condition 4 requires that a Flood Response Plan is submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and that the approved flood response plan is thereafter made available to residents of the development. The application is supported by the following documentation: FLOOD WARNING AND EVACUATION PLAN; prepared by Evans Rivers and Coastal. REPORT REF: 2646/RE/02-21/02 The submitted information is sufficient to discharge the submission and approval part of the condition; the condition is hereby discharged in PART. The condition cannot be discharged in full as it requires that the flood response plan be made available to residents of the flats and therefore this remains an ongoing requirement of this compliance condition.
