1.	Condition 3 requires that a scheme to demonstrate that the development and associated foundation design will not adversely affect the stability of the flood wall is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and then implemented in accordance with those details. The application is supported by the following information: - Site Cross Reference Drawing - Drawing Reference 231189 C-005 P01 The submitted information does not provide sufficient detail as to how the applicant intends to find out where the ground anchors / tie rods are and how far they extend. In the absence of a methodology and plans explaining clearly and thoroughly what investigation(s) the applicant is intending to conduct to demonstrate that the development will not harm the flood wall, the condition cannot be discharged and the application must therefore be refused.
