The following plans and document have been submitted: - Biodiversity Enhancement Plan; Dec 2023; - PWP-702-101-00 Planting Plan 1; - PWP-702-102-00 Planting Plan 2; all received by the Local Planning Authority on the 28th February 2024. The submitted details are acceptable and are hereby approved and condition 10 can be discharged in part. Full discharge requires landscaping and biodiversity enhancement measures to be carried out in accordance with the approved plans prior to the first use of the development.
