| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be retained and or carried out in accordance with the application form (proposed materials of single glazed hardwood and white painted finish), and the following plans and drawings all received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th February 2024:

- unreferenced and untitled Plan (submitted as window section plan 3), undated
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the the satisfactory development of the site and to protect the character and appearance of the surrounding area including the conservation area and setting of listed buildings in accordance with Core Strategy Policies CS9 and CS10 and Local Plan Part 2 Policy E5. |
