| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the details contained in the planning application forms received on 30th June 2015 and the revised drawing no. 1024/1 Rev. A received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th August 2015 and approved as part of Planning Permission ref: 06/15/0140/F. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The stable block building shall only be used by the occupiers of the main dwelling known as Lochinvar, Short Road, Browston. The ground floor of the building shall be used for the purposes of stabling horses owned by the occupiers of the main dwelling only and the first floor shall only be used for the purposes of ancillary accommodation incidental to the enjoyment of the main dwelling and shall not be used as a separate and associated unit of accommodation. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the building and to ensure that the stable block is not used for commercial purposes or as part of a wider livery business, and to ensure that the first floor does not become an independent and unassociated unit of accommodation given the location of the application site outside of the development limit and nature of the local highway network, in accordance with Core Strategy (2015) Policies CS2, CS9 and CS16 and Local Plan Part 2 (2021) Policies GSP1 and L3 |
