1.	Condition 5 requires the implementation of a programme of historic building recording and the results of which to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Details of the historic building record have been considered no longer necessary by Norfolk Historic Environment Services and therefore Condition 5 can be discharged in full. Reason: The condition can be discharged in full as the Historic Environment Services have considered it to no longer be necessary as there is considered to be no value in recording the building, as detailed within the Archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation submitted alongside the application.
