1.	Condition 4 (Part A) requires the submission of an Archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation. The application was supported by a document named 'WRITTEN SCHEME OF INVESTIGATION FOR A PROGRAMME OF WORKS UNDER ARCHAEOLOGICAL SUPERVISION AND CONTROL (ARCHAEOLOGICAL MONITORING), produced by GHC Archaeology & Heritage. The Archaeological written scheme has been approved by Norfolk Historic Environment Services and therefore Condition 4, Part A can be discharged in part.
