1.	Condition 8 requires that a biodiversity enhancement plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the scheme is carried out as approved. The application is supported by the following document: - BIODIVERSITY ENHANCEMENT STRATEGY, reference 14/12/2024 prepared by Eco-Check Ltd. The information submitted is acceptable and is hereby approved and satisfies the submission and approval element of the condition and this can therefore be discharged in PART.
