1.	This is an application to discharge condition 3 of the planning permission granted under Ref 06/23/1090/F. Condition 3 requires that: Notwithstanding the existing arrangements on site, details of the hardstanding/car parking, refuse/cycle storage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 1 month of the date of this planning permission, and the approved details shall thereafter be implemented prior to first occupation of the dwelling or within two months of the date of the approval of such details in the event that occupation has already begun. A plan ST_SP4 received 12th March 2024 is a site plan containing details of the location and extent of hardstanding vehicle car parking, location of refuse storage and location of a shed for secure bike storage. The County Highway Authority was the sole statutory consultee and they have no objections to the proposed details. Officers consider the details to be acceptable and the condition can be part discharged. Reason: The second part of the condition requires implementation of the approved details either prior to first occupation of the dwelling or after 2 months of the date of the approval should occupation have already begun.
