The following revised plans were received on the 27th March 2024: - Mitigation Plan; 9941-E01 dated 20/2/2024 - Landscape and Ecological Management Plan Rev A (dated March 2024); prepared by FPCR Environment and Design Ltd The details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved and partially discharge this condition insofar as they relate to the Landscape and Ecological Management Plan (LEMP) for phase 1a only. The development must take place and be managed in accordance with the approved details.
