The following details were received on the 2nd February 2024: - CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN PHASE ONE (January 2024); prepared by FPCR Environment and Design Ltd The details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved and partially discharge this condition insofar as they relate to the Construction Management Plan (CEMP: Biodiversity) for phase 1a only. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details throughout the construction period of the relevant phase.
