1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th July 2024: - Elevations and Floor Plan, dwg. ref. 594-01 Rev D and the following plan submitted on the 24th April 2024: - Site Location Plan The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | For the avoidance of doubt, the materials to be used in the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building, in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
