1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th March 2024: - Plan no. 01, entitled Site Location Plan, dated April 2022 - Plan no. 06 revision H, entitled Existing and 'As Approved' Layouts, dated 27th March 2024. - Plan no. TIDF2BDX150S1, entitled ARRGT OF TRANE 63/100 REPLACEMENT TIDF2BDX INDIRECT GAS FIRED HORIZONTAL OUTDOOR HEATER UNIT, dated 27th April 2024 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
