| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans: - Plan no. 2309/1564 / 1, revision A, dated May 2024 entitled Existing & Proposed Elevations, - Plan no. 2309/1564 / 2, revision A, dated May 2024 entitled Existing Floor Plans, Site & Location Plans - Plan no. 2309/1564 / 3, dated December 2022 entitled Proposed Ground Floor Plan - Plan no. 2309/1564 / 4, revision A, dated May 2024 entitled Proposed First Floor Plan - Plan no. 2309/1564 / 5, revision A, dated May 2024 entitled Proposed Section A-A, The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the roof tile; and exact type of horizontal black cladding to include detail of surface texture finish have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out using the agreed materials. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
