1. | (Condition E.2 of the Order) - requirement to remove development once it is no longer needed as a charging point for electric vehicles:
E.2 Development is permitted by Class E subject to the conditions that when the development is no longer needed as a charging point for electric vehicles-
(a) the development is removed as soon as reasonably practicable; and
(b) the land on which the development was mounted or into which the development was set is, as soon as reasonably practicable, and so far as reasonably practicable, reinstated to its condition before that development was carried out.
The reason for condition is:-
In accordance with the conditions set out in Condition E.2 of Schedule 2 Part 2 Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) order 2015 (as amended). |
2. | (Condition A.2 of the order) - requirement to remove development and reinstate condition of any adjoining land once development has been carried out.
A.2 Development is permitted by Class A subject to the conditions that, when the operations have been carried outÿ¢¿¿
(a) any building, structure, works, plant or machinery permitted by Class A is removed, and

In accordance with the conditions set out in Condition A.2 of Schedule 2 Part 4 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) order 2015 (as amended). |
