1.	Condition 16 of outline pp 06/19/0676/O requires details of on-site parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period for that phase. The following plans were received on the 9th January 2024: - NSC1-CMP01 Construction Management Plan - NSC1-CMP02 Delivery Route Plan The details are considered acceptable to partially discharge this condition insofar as they relate to on-site parking for construction workers for phase 1a only. The development must then take place in accordance with the approved details throughout the construction period of the relevant phase.
