No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th December 2023: - Unreferenced and untitled plan (submitted as Site Location Plan), dated 8th December 2023 -Plan no. 956 -1/2, entitled Single Storey Rear Extension & Garage Extension (submitted as Site Plan and Existing and Proposed Floor Plans), dated December 2023 -Plan no. 956-2/2, entitled Single Storey Rear Extension & Garage Extension (submitted as Existing And Proposed Elevation Plans, Sections and Foundation Details Plan) dated December 2023 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The materials to be used in the external walls of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
