1.	Condition 9 requires that details of a scheme of traffic signs in compliance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (2016) is submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documents, received on the 13th December 2023: - HGV Egress - Signage Plan, dwg. ref. 18-187- SGP- XX- XX-DR-A-201110 P2 The above information is acceptable and hereby approved and sufficient information has been submitted to discharge condition 9 in part, with full discharge requiring works to be carried out in accordance with the approved details, and provided before development is bought into use and thereafter retained at the means of egress for HGVs.
