1.	Condition 5 requires the submission for approval of the means of surface water drainage and the management and maintenance thereof. The application was supported by a Drainage Report ref: 9455 Issue No.1 Dated December 2023 prepared by Cole Easdon containing Drainage Proposals and the related Maintenance Schedules. This includes proposed maintenance schedule of the onsite drainage components/elements including SuDS as set out in Tables 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3; and Drainage Proposals as contained in Engineering Drawings Sheets 1 - 4 Numbered 9455/02/01, 9455/02/02, 9455/02/03, and 9455/02/04 as set out in Appendix 1. The submitted Drainage Report referred to above is hereby APPROVED as sufficient to satisfy the submission element for condition 5 of planning permission 06/23/0220/F. The development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of any caravan in the application site, and shall be retained and managed and maintained as such thereafter.
