1.	Condition 9 requires the submission of details of no less than 2no. bird boxes, 1 no. bat box and 1 no. owl box to be installed within the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by a document named Protected species and habitats scoping survey produced by JP Ecology (Amendment 2 18/03/2024), dated 18 March 2024. This document is acceptable and condition 9 is therefore discharged in part. Reason: The condition cannot be discharged in full as this application only satisfies the submission element of the Condition, Condition 9 requires that the development is to be carried out and maintained in accordance with the approved details.
