| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th March 2024:
-Unreferenced and untitled plan (submitted as site location plan), dated 24th November 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th December 2023.
-Unreferenced and untitled plan (submitted as proposed floor and elevation plans, undated and received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th March 2024
-Unreferenced and untitled plan (submitted as proposed 3d plan), undated and received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th March 2024
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | The window on the eastern elevation of the dormer ( labelled as window obscure glazed on plan submitted as floor and elevation plan) shall be fitted with obscure glass to a level equivalent to Pilkington Privacy Level 5 which shall be installed prior to the first occupation of the development and this obscure glazing shall be retained thereafter in perpetuity.
