| 1. | The development hereby permitted must be begun before the expiry of FIVE years from the date of this notification (27/11/2023).
The reason for the condition is:-
To comply with Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 (11)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended). |

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the specified approved plans, as required by Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended). |
