No commercial storage or activities shall take place from the driveway and no structures shall be erected or installed thereon. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of maintaining the residential amenities and visual amenity of the surrounding area, in accordance with policies CS09 and A1, and in the interests of maintaining highways safety and minimising traffic impacts, in accordance with policy CS16. |
