1.	The consent hereby granted shall expire at the end of 5 years from the date of this decision. The reason for the condition is: - To comply with Regulation 14 (7) (b) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans: - Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 9th October 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023. - Unreferenced Plan, entitled Fascia Sign (submitted as fascia sign proposed elevation and section) dated 2nd August 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023 - Unreferenced Plan, entitled External ATM (submitted as proposed elevations and ATM signs), undated, received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023 - Unreferenced Plan, entitled External ATM Decals, undated, received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023 -Unreferenced Plan, entitled Projection 500 (Submitted as projecting sign side and front elevations), dated 2nd August 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023 - Unreferenced Plan, entitled window Message (submitted as window vinyl's location and elevation plan), undated and received by the Local Planning Authority 10th October 2023 - Unreferenced Plan, entitled window Message (submitted as window vinyl's location and elevation plan), undated and received by the Local Planning Authority 12th January 2024. - Plan no. PR.00.E1 Revision A, entitled Proposed external front elevation, Dated 7th August 2023, and received by the Local Planning Authority 12th January 2024. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.	A minimum vertical clearance of 3.4 metres shall be maintained at all times between the proposed structure (the projecting sign) and the level of the adjacent public highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety
4.	The following conditions shall also apply: - a - No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site on which they are displayed (this includes the highway authority, if the sign is to be placed on highway land); b - No advertisement is to be displayed which would obscure, or hinder the interpretation of, official road, rail, waterway or aircraft signs, or otherwise make hazardous the use of these types of transport; c - Any advertisement must be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site; d - Any advertisement hoarding or structure is to be kept in a condition which does not endanger the public; and e - If an advertisement is required to be removed, the site must be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. The reason for the condition is: - To comply with Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007.
