1.	Condition 18 is discharged in part. The Contamination Materials Management Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 27th October 2023 has been deemed acceptable and is hereby approved. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and recommendations contained in the report as advised by the Environmental Protection Team in their response 'The suggested measures, including Chapter 5 on Verification, should be adhered to'. A copy of the final Verification Report should be sent to the Environmental Protection Team upon completion.
